How long does the delivery take?

Estimated delivery time including manufacturing is 1-2 weeks.*

The estimated delivery time is an estimate based on previous deliveries and should not be seen as a guaranteed delivery time. We do our best to make the delivery go as smoothly as possible, but in the event of late delivery, we will not provide a refund.

Production time

As your order is custom made and manufactured by hand, please allow 4-11 working days for your order before it is shipped from our workshop.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via text message. If you haven't received it, or have another problem, please contact [email protected] and we will help you as soon as possible!

What is a good picture?

◉ Make sure your image is taken in good light.

◉ Make sure everything fits in the image.

◉ Make sure your image is taken up close.

Is there a picture on both sides?

Yes, all air fresheners are always printed on both sides.

How long does the fragrance last?

Because all our scents are made from organic essential oils from fruits and plants, they do not last as long as synthetic scents. Our scents last 5-7 days, while synthetic scents can last up to a month.
