Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If we are not satisfied with the product, we can refund 50% of the value of the product or redo the customized order free of charge.
